The standard warranty only covers the vehicle components described and listed under the icons below.
Vehicles covered:

• Passenger vehicles, minibuses, up to 3.5 tons GVW, as long as they are registered in EU countries.

Age, power, and mileage of the vehicle at the time of sale:

• During the 9 years following the first registration with a maximum mileage of 150,000 km at the time of the warranty agreement.
• The rate varies according to the horsepower of the guaranteed vehicle.

Start and duration of the warranty:

• The warranty agreement can only be exclusively contracted at the time of vehicle sale.
• The warranty takes effect on the date of vehicle delivery to the customer. The conclusion date must be mentioned on the warranty agreement in the "sales date" box.
• The warranty agreement must be printed and signed in 2 copies: one for the customer and the other to be retained by Occasiounsmaart S.à r.l.
• The warranty is valid for the agreed and accepted duration between the 2 parties, with a mileage limit of 100,000 km to be covered during this period.

(The cost of damaged parts and labor is reimbursed proportionally to the mileage traveled)

• Therefore, buyer participation will be required if the vehicle has reached more than 100,000 km at the time of the incident.

Transferability of the warranty:

• The warranty is not tied to the vehicle and does not transfer to the new owner upon resale of the vehicle.

The O-M warranty does not cover the following elements:

• Any audiovisual system, retractable roof, convertible tops, hardtops (including support, mechanical, and electro-hydraulic).

All additional equipment not supplied by the manufacturer. Refills, oil changes, or other fluids. Pollution in the fuel system. Elimination of squeaks, rattles, air entry, and whistling noises, adjustment of body elements and bumpers. Water ingress and/or sealing problems, such as door, sunroof, window, convertible top sealing. Corrosion and paint damage. Fuel, oil, coolant, and antifreeze costs, hydraulic fluids, greases, cleaning products, filter cartridges. Parts highly exposed to natural wear such as:
Exhaust, catalytic converter, clutch linings, bearings, stabilizer bars, ball joints, shock absorbers, brake linings, brake discs, brake drums, tires, rims, lighting equipment, spark plugs, and glow plugs, batteries, relays, hoses, piping, wiper blades, interior trim, all belts including the timing belt.

Warranty validity:

• The buyer is obliged to carry out the maintenance and service work recommended by the manufacturer at the approved workshop of Occasiounsmaart S.à r.l. and to obtain an invoice and stamp in the maintenance booklet.
• In the event of damage and before carrying out repairs, the buyer must contact the seller, Occasiounsmaart S.à r.l. (by email: philippeg@o-m.lu or tel .: 26 95 95 95) and provide a copy of the registration certificate, as well as a copy of the maintenance booklet duly stamped by Occasiounsmaart S.à r.l.
• During the warranty period, no repairs are to be carried out without the agreement or coverage by Occasiounsmaart S.à r.l.

Failure to comply with these conditions cancels the right to reimbursement of the claim.

Warranty exclusion:

• Cars used as taxis, rental or delivery vehicles, driving school vehicles.
• Cars used for professional purposes by a company with a fleet of more than 5 vehicles.
• Cars transferred to dealers.
• Vehicles not registered in EU countries.
• Special vehicles or special series equipped with units increasing power. (e.g. Chip tuning or reprogramming of the original computer)
• Vehicles that have undergone modifications (suspension or other tuning) without prior approval from Occasiounsmaart S.à r.l.
• Failing to comply with maintenance, inspection, or repair recommendations prescribed by the manufacturer.

Voici un exemple des composantes ou pièces couvertes par notre garantie:

Reimbursement to the repair garage:

• Labor costs covered by the warranty are always reimbursed proportionally based on the vehicle's mileage at the time of the incident and according to the manufacturer's standard labor time.
• If the vehicle has traveled less than 100,000 km at the time of the incident, the cost of parts covered by the warranty is reimbursed up to the maximum following the manufacturer's recommended prices.
• For vehicles over 8 years old at the time of the incident, reimbursement of expenses will be limited to €1,500 including VAT per damage case!
• The warranty beneficiary will be required to contribute to the labor and material costs associated with the warranty, up to €180 including VAT deductible per damage case.

The cost of parts and labor is reimbursed proportionally based on the mileage traveled.

Other remarks:

• In the application of the aforementioned points, the warranty conditions read and accepted by the buyer are valid.
• Towing and transportation of the technically damaged vehicle are not covered by the warranty.
• A replacement vehicle is not provided free of charge. However, a rental vehicle may be provided at a preferential rate of €48 including VAT per day.
• To process the claim, it is necessary to provide the warranty number and information regarding the incident such as: damaged components, cause of the incident, date of the incident, current mileage of the vehicle, cost of repairs, compliance with maintenance intervals, and proof of ownership (copy of registration certificate). If necessary, an independent expert may be appointed.
